For April 3, 2020, the Department of Health released a total of 541 results of tested samples since yesterday. Of this number, 385 were tested positive.
One (1) person has recovered today, but unfortunately twenty-nine (29) were added to the list of deceased persons. DOH said that the huge number of reported deaths today was due to the delayed reporting.
Fifty five (55) new PUIs are added while there are no new PUMs.
In total, as of 4:00 PM of April 2, 2020 Thursday, the Philippines has the following numbers for COVID-19:
Confirmed cases: 3,018
Recovered: 52
Deaths: 136
Tests Conducted: 5,267
Persons Under Investigation: 1,209 Persons Under Monitoring: 6,321
