For April 1, 2020, the Department of Health released a total of 406 results of tested samples since yesterday. Of this number, 227 were tested positive.
One (1) person has recovered today, but unfortunately eight (8) patients have died since yesterday.
One hundred thirty three (133) new PUIs are added while there are no new PUMs.
In total, as of 4:00 PM of April 1, 2020 Wednesday, the Philippines has the following numbers for COVID-19:
Confirmed cases: 2,311
Recovered: 50
Deaths: 96
Tests Conducted: 4, 344
Persons Under Investigation: 1,101 Persons Under Monitoring: 6,321
